My name is Artur Moreira Oliveira, I’m Portuguese. Usually at the English networks, so my name could be pronounced easily, I am also known as Arthur More. or just Arthur, it is very easy to call my name that way, isn’t it?
I like to write sometimes. Sometimes in English, sometimes in my own language. I like to write about anything in a blog. I already had various other blogs before, but a troubled life and lack of time made me abandon almost every occupation.
In this blog I’m also going to write about my last occupation: AI art.
For anyone that doesn’t know about AI art: AI is artificial intelligence, so AI art is Art generated by artificial intelligence. But the AI doesn’t paint by itself, so to generate images we need to ask it to generate them. So, for that we write our own vision in a prompt to request AI the generation of images we desired, based on that vision we have written. Sometimes the result is good, and the image generated is completely in accordance with the way we envisioned (sometimes even better), but not always as expected, so we keep trying. But it is also important to know enough vocabulary to improve our prompt and consequently our vision, so the AI could perfectly generate the images the way we want.
This blog is a tool to publish more content about what I do, and the images generated by AI art. There is no free site with the possibility to create galleries in a freedom way and the way I want, and all the other related sites about AI Generation are limited to do it. I like to post many more generations at once, talk about works of other people that I’m making contact with, and maybe, make some money with the generations I’m publishing in a near future.
But, also, I will be using it to write, evolve, and publish quality works related in another area, and write anything about everything and something.
I’m deaf! I wasn’t always like that. Some years ago I lost almost completely the sense of hearing, and to help me get around those difficulties, I had to invest on two very expensive hearing aids. Due to those deficiencies, people and companies did not want to give me any job, so it is difficult to pay for those hearing aids and even for a new pair of glasses (I also need them). That’s why I need to find a way to work around and gather enough money to pay for the loan of those prosthesis, and this blog may become a tool for that propose.
A few years ago I had to do a lot of tasks to get some extra money, like: plastic artist, graphic designer, computer technician, photography restorer, and many other small tasks.
So, now, I’m giving a try to the use AI art with that same intention in mind. It may be a good way as any other, wish me luck!
Well, for starters I don’t know why I came with that name in first place. But it was a name that suddenly came into mind when I was creating an account on a AI Generator site, and suddenly I was asked to create an unique name for my page: Absolute Freedom! I think I needed that precisely, because I did spend so many days, weeks, months, even years without liberty, without time. And I needed freedom.
So I took the same name and gave it into a URL and this blog. Could be a good excuse to write about anything as well as publish anything.
